IT IS IMPORTANT GETTING HAPPINESS, NOT THE GOAL, BUT THAT IS THE EFFORT TO GET IT "... I have always believed that everything we get in life doesn´t come as a gift ... it comes as a reward effort to reach it. It must have faith and believe in your abilities. I think my long life as a student I was taught to be methodical and persistent with ambitions to pursue. Different circumstances and objectives that have led me to pursue certain values of life, and that for the time being have taken place in my training, my ethics, including molding my personality, feeling extraordinarily proud of it.

Present and Future way

        When leisure and business merge each other, everything starts to work properly. Talent and pleasure, passion and duty, walk together. Twitter opens the door for people to enjoy. It allows the creation and working of experiences and platform networking to make projects.
The information that companies find out about customers to get a product do it overall through surveys, market analysis and the focus groups that they organize. But only the information does not allow us to meet our customers because it only set facts. Innovation is made with a sense when we focus on the real needs of People, this is the only way to create value.
We must learn to understand customers through the experience. Experience show needs and problems in the way they actually happen. Twitter has great potential in this sense.
Nobody can tell us how this communication way will change. However, everybody should to be there. Inspiration in many cases must come from different activities other than those who do everyone of us. Search in other fields, to have new ideas that relate to each other is the beauty of Twitter, explore. The question is to find out to make conversations and generate interesting dialogue between customers. Companies get information about products and customers, through surveys, market analysis, the focus groups that they organize. But information alone does not allow us to meet our customers because we only states facts. And innovation is born with a sense when we focus on the real needs of  People, this is the only way to create value.
Twitter is going ahead. Social media has surpassed searches. Now, there is a strong need to generate content. This is where is going up the opportunity for companies to make your own content to connect with people and customers. That content has to be real and credible. Or is authentic, or not survive in the digital world. Indeed, It's not fun for big brands when their customers complain in social networks. A complaint well done with extension to Twitter may endanger any entrepreneur.
Because their widespread diffusion, uncontrolled and viral, and also by ignorance of the duration of the problem and its impact on sales.
Companies should take care of their customers within online environment or reputation may lead to bankruptcy.
For example, recently, "The Gazette" published a ranking of the popularity of the companies in social networking. The first was Facebook, with fifteen million followers, secondly Starbucks, eleven and a half million; Youtube with over nine million, and Coke, with nearly nine million followers. Furthermore, Zara had four and a half million in August 2010, but Zara had three and a half million followers two months before. Social networking is a battlefield. Failures in dealing with customers can turn out more expensive.
